| SEEKING SITE OWNERS | ||
Do you have a potential site for wind energy? Here are the options that are open to you: Rental, Joint Partnership and Consultancy. |
||
You can rent the site to us and we do all the rest. You may not wish to be involved in the risky venture capital (exploration costs) end of the project. If this is the case we can offer you an opportunity to invest in and thereby own up to 5% of the project when we have achieved planning. We will lease the turbine sites (Plots of land 20m by 20m) from you so that you are guaranteed your income and you can still farm right up to the base of the turbine. If you would like to find out more about this option please contact us by clicking here.

||
| You
can form a partnership with us and we will jointly
develop the site. You still get your rent for the sites but now you have a chance to own a bigger part of the development. If you wish to own more than the 5% of the project that is offered with the rental option then you must also be involved in the venture capital expenses. You must supply the same percentage of venture expenses as the percentage of the final project that you wish to own. Obviously if the project fails to get planning then you will lose this money. Planning and wind testing may cost anything from £20,000 to £50,000 (depending on the size of windfarm) or more if we end up in An Bord Pleanala. If you would like to find out more about this option please contact us by clicking here.

||
| You may want
to own the entire project yourself. In this case we can develop the site for you from site inspection right through to building and commissioning as consultants. We can bring you through the entire process stage by stage and provide contacts and assistance with funding, power purchase agreements etc. until the project is completed.
